This notice explains how SPS (Study. Practice. Succeed.), Calle La Saleta 15, 29600 Marbella (Málaga), Spain, handles the information you send us when you request the student discount. It complements our Privacy Policy.
What we collect
Your name, email address, university, student number and, if you choose to give it, your year of study.
Why we collect it
Only to check that you are currently enrolled in a dental programme and, if so, to give you access to the 10% student discount. We do not use this information for marketing and we do not sell or share it with third parties.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you tick the box on the request form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep it
We delete your university and student number within 30 days of completing the verification, whether your request is approved or not. If approved, we only keep a "student" label on your customer account so the discount works at checkout. This label is removed at the end of the academic year, when the offer ends.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing contact@sps-dental.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
