2. Orders

By placing an order you make an offer to buy the selected products. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation email. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at the time of the order using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

5. Withdrawal and returns

6. Professional-use products

Some products, such as burs, handpieces, hand instruments and gingival barriers, are intended for dental professionals and for dental students under supervision. By purchasing them, you confirm that you will use them in accordance with the instructions and the rules that apply to you. Reusable instruments are supplied non-sterile and must be cleaned and sterilised before first use.

7. Legal guarantee

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by Spanish consumer law (3 years for goods). This does not affect any other rights you have as a consumer.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect use of a product or use contrary to its instructions. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Trademarks

Brand names mentioned on this website belong to their respective owners. Products described as "compatible" are not made or endorsed by the brand they are compatible with.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
